As you might guess is not a land in the USA.
It is Iran !!

Somehow it is very funny in a country that almost all of the words, numbers written in English Language while the country is Iran, not a English spoken country.
Alright, in the big cities in Iran, few people who can read English Language can read, but for the rest of common people on the street, would be very difficult.
Then here in the middle of agricultural valley, how on earth, the rural people can read this long sentence without knowing what it is for!!!!!!
I guess the whole country herited this funny tradition since the British or American rulled Iran.
