One of the most talked about phenomenon when visiting the Masai Mara is the annual migration of the wildebeests and zebras across the Mara river.Thousands and thousands will gather at the river bank to cross for greener pastures at the Masai Mara. Its a waiting game for both animals and watchers. The animals will wait for a few brave ones to cross and then all hell will break lose. It is not the fear of drowning that stops them but the waiting Nile crocodiles.
Our timing was out as it was quite late in the season. In this photo, this are the remaining ones who are heading to the Mara river. It will take them a day or two to reach.
