A viewing point for the Great Rift Valley.
While there is still an on-going debate as to how the rift valley was formed, most theories seem to suggest the earth crust weakened and collapsed during some underground volcanic activity into low flat plains with jagged rift surrounding it. The rift valley stretched for almost 9000km from Israel to Mozambique. It can be 1500ft below sea level and 6000ft above sea level. Climate and temperature varies according to location and features. The Masai Mara game reserve is 1500km by itself.
The Great Rift Valley is very fertile and supports many agricultural crops.
