In the kaiseki dinner set, one of the speciality dish is horse meat sashimi. I have read about this before our trip and was quite hesitant. My brother who had horse meat steak in France told me that it is healthiest meat and we should try it. We tried and it tasted very much like fish. We had our seconds the next day.....
