Took me a while but I finally worked out the Uncompagre reference. I got a couple of shots with an almost identical sky. It works beautifully here. As always your scenic back yard leave me envious. Regards Paul
For me, the foreground detail is what makes this photo. The background alone would be trite. The combination is one of Albert's best. The way things are going, I'm going to have an awful time deciding between this and one of Paul's for first place. - Warren

Thanks MCsaba! Yes it really becomes a matter of preferences with PP & today's current software. All one can really do is make the image to one's own vision and then throw it out. Sometimes it appeals to the masses... sometimes not:) I most certainly appreciate your constructive comments because I admire your work and creativity! - Albert

Thanks Flick! Well i get up eaarly a lot for my work. I guess after a while... it happens automatically whether I have to get up or not:) - Albert
Very nice landscape, Albert. I'm allways enjoying your landscapes and this is no exception. You seem to live in a beautiful environment. The HDR technique seem to be removing from the contrasts which is typical of the daybreaks (and I like the contrasts). For me the colors and textures of the sky and hills in the disctance are the most appealing, I wish to see more of them and less from the foreground. But this is just my personal preference. MCsaba
