I thought the book was a load of bunkum, full of innaccuracies, but hugely readable and fun.

Oh, PS.....I have actually read Davinci Code, too, and Laurence Gardner's theories along the same lines are also interesting. Although I thought Foucault's Pendulum was more an elegant metaphor for the same sort of mystical journey. I guess I'll have to wait to see how the movie turns out.

Hi Flick, well, I'm not sure which theory you refer to; I've read Barbara Theiring, Michael Baigent, and Umberto Eco....But I'm only guessing at what David might have intended here! I did really enjoy his previous "Three Marys" triptych, though! --Kim

Well done Kim. I presume you've read the book or studied the theory. Very clever of David I thought. Especially finding a woman with such hairy armpits to help with the gender ambiguity.
