Hi Flick, I like it, it also seems to change the mood the longer I look at it.

Thanks Rick :-)

Clearly one of the best "thumbnails" posted. You can't help but to open it. To me, this would make an excellent 4x5 framed in a larger, matted frame. Very nice. LVPG

Thanks Adrian. it really was the christmas tree though,
Flick.

hey Flick - this makes a very welcome change to some of the more literal pics of the season - thanks for this impressionist piece. cheers, adrian

Hi Flick, Love this one. Despite being abstract it still manages to be festive! And it's what the back of my eyes have felt like most mornings recently...

Hi David, i got the effect by maiing a horseshoe with curves in RGB. I thought it looked like something under a microscope as well.
Flick.

Hi jono, I thought it was faulty, but it seems it was low battery at fault...though the battery indicator was still green. Each time it gets low, the lens won't focus properly.
But it's a fantastic lens, the quality is excellent. did you see my test shots thread:

These were all hand held, mostly with the lens wide open, some with my arms above my head, yet they're pretty sharp.
I've just been given a gift of £1000, so I'm going to get the 11-22 as well (plus just got CS2 - aaaggghhh!!!, how do you make Bridge integrate with CS so that you don't have to keep toggling between the two? i want my file browser back).

What an interesting shot, Flick! Sort of looks like some kind of medical slide. Really like the colors. -- DF
