thanks Flick - I'm pp impaired (need to do something about that), so much of what you describe is over my head. I cloned out some minor blemishes in the sky portion but thats about it for the pp. I do remember focusing on the logo, and recomposing - it was taken on my first weekend walk with the e1, so it sticks ;-)
PS, was the reflection really that painterly or did you use the dry brush filter to take the reality down a bit, then history brush back the logo? Just wondering...

LOL, I've got a VW showroom down the street from me and have also taken refelctions, but your buildings are a lot more interesting.
