Equal 3rd - "Anasazi Gecko" by Warren Sarle

My bathtub

T-shirt design by Dagoli reflected in a bathtub fixture.

Setting up lighting equipment in a bathtub is a pain. After my SB800 and SB80DX
refused to work in slave mode, I got out one of my 37-year-old $20 Spiralites
and got the shot in one take. They don't make things like they used to.

I also reflected the image a couple times in Photoshop.

Kodak DCS Pro 14n
1/125s f/16.0 at 60.0mm iso80 with Flash full exif

this is intriguing. It has a flavour of those Chinese boxes that go on within and within to infinity. Stunning colour.

Totally wonderful image, Warren. The color, the light, the forms. Try as I might, I cannot manage to see what's really going on in this image as far as the reflecting is happening. In the end, just have to accept it on its own terms, without figuring it all out. -- DF
