Unfortunately, i think that one of the only things going for this is the lines being in focus!... so getting rid of them would be a shame!

LOL Silas, if you want to make him look younger, use the healing brush in Photoshop ;-) Oh, and i believe tweezing nostril hair works well with gentlemen of a certain vintage - only kidding, I'm older than him..though I don't have stray nostril hair.
