I keep going back to have another look at this image. It is really beautiful. Kate

Great sense of space in this, almost timeless - love the colour , don't change it! - Stephen

Lovely Quentin! - Paul

Quentin, I think you're right, the line does contain the dark area of the image, but i think you're also right that a more muted colour would work better - though i can see your logic in using yellow as it extends the colour of the main area of the photograph. For me the yellow line is too punchy...but hey, that's just me and other people might like it.

Thank y'all for the kind comments. I added the thin yellow frame because I thought the thumbnail looked odd without it, but maybe you are right, Flick, I may change it to a less odd colour. Hmmm :-) - Quentin

Quentin, this is a beautiful image. My only gripe is the thin yellow frame. Probably others will disagree, but for me it distracts the eye (that old one of something light at the edge drawing the eye). but that aside, it's wonderful - that perfect moment as the light was turning.
Flick.

Beautiful golden moment, Quentin. I like how you placed the formal elements in this composition, and resisted the temptation to crop too heavily at the bottom. DF
