Pancreas cancer took him from us suddenly in April 2001.

I had the great pleasure of being David's daughter. He was an extremely talented photographer and was very proud of this photo. He is greatly missed by his children and his wife.

Thanks David. Yeah, he liked this shot a lot. I actually was the "ball tosser" to the keeper as he dove above the players to make this work. Took us 6 tries :) - Albert
