Hey Paul!
I like the angles in this shot. My suggestions... crop out the extra at the top of the frame in the trees(15% or so) to balance the frame. In setting the exposure for the water the highlights in the duck breast have been compromised (blown out). If the detail is still in the file and not lost.... layer mask a darker exposure of the duck to bring it back. - Albert
