Seymour Demonstration Forest, 2006

The Seymour Demonstration Forest is a lovely short ride, with approx. 10 kilometers of traffic-free, paved roads and gentle grades that are ideally suited to family cycling. Because it is so enjoyable, we frequently include this route as a short addition to longer rides up Mount Seymour and elsewhere on the North Shore.
