SHELTON, CT – On November 15, at approximately 8:50am, Companies 1, 3, and 4 were dispatched to the Valley Fitness Center at 6 Todd Road for a fire in the sauna. First in units found heavy smoke pushing from the 1 story commercial building. The fire had consumed the sauna and locker room of the health club as well as getting up into the roofing materials. Mutual aid was called from the Derby and Trumbull Fire Departments.
