SHELTON, CT - This Saturday, December 17, Shelton’s Echo Hose Hook and Ladder Company #1 upheld it’s annual tradition where Santa gets to ride through the streets of the city atop a shiny red fire engine, handing out candy canes and popcorn balls to the local children. As the fire engine slowly glides down the street hitting it’s air horns, the local children come out to see what’s going on. This is always followed by smiles as they see their favorite seasonal hero ‘Santa’ waving to them from the top of a fire engine.
