DETROIT, MI – At approximately 4:20pm on October 7, the Detroit Fire Department was dispatched to Harper near Hurlbut for a commercial building fire. Smoke could be seen for quite some distance. Upon arrival, Detroit units reported fire involving 3 temporary buildings.
