BROOKLYN, NY - At approximately 2:05pm on March 7, Brooklyn companies were dispatched to East 96th Street Box 2229 for a basement fire in a multiple dwelling. The first engine on scene reported a 1075 for a working basement fire in a 3-story brick building. After an aggressive attack, the fire was contained to the basement.
