STRATFORD, CT - At approximately 7:10am on April 29, the Stratford Fire Department was dispatched to 145 Beardsley Avenue for a reported structure fire. Upon arrival, first in units found a 2 ½ wood frame vacant structure next to the Fitness Edge Gym with smoke showing from the second floor. The fire attack was hampered by Collier’s Mansion conditions.
