神龕供奉鄧氏先祖木主

仁敦岡書室除教學用途外,書室亦作為鄧族的祠堂.
祖先神龕置於正廳,供奉坑頭村23位鄧族先祖的木主.
書室目前仍用作宗族聚會和舉行春秋二祭等節慶活動的場所.
