In the lobby of World Financial Tower in Downtown -
home to the richest investment banks in a world and just next door to Ground Zero.
View from the window are same top banks but in Jersey on the other side of Hudson
in an area called Exchange Place and which's virtual (and cheaper) extension of Wall Street.

Given the setting poster in the lobby is pretty ironic, isn't it?
