EOS-3 with ST-E2 mounted controlling single 550EX on auto E-TTL mode mounted on a small umbrealla (silver specular material) about 6 feet away from the subject, EF28-135 set to manual (f8 & 1/125 sec), Fuji Superia ISO 200 print film then scanned by the lab.
The first image shows the reflection of the small umbrealla in the background.
