Recovery

Thank you all so very much for your thoughts and prayers for my Mom. I firmly believe that prayers, good thoughts, karma, whatever you call it, does permeate around the sick, and if it's meant to be, speeds them on to recovery.
Ma did not have to go through surgery; rec'd 5 units of blood between Thursday night and last night, and it appears to have stemmed the internal bleeding. She got out of ICU late last night, spent today in a regular room, put on her lipstick and combed her hair. If her blood work remains ok she'll be home tomorrow.
My Uncle George stopped in this morning, and decided to take a little nap in the comfy hospital bed.
Mom is on the right. Laughter seems to help in the recovery also.
Again, many many thanks.
Kik and I came home tonight, went straight to the 24 hour Relay for Life walk, we walked a couple hours, but I need to get ready for Andrea's graduation tomorrow morning, so I'll try to catch up sometime within the next year.
