Cleaning Copper
Hate this job. That Brasso stuff gets me high even with the windows open and ceiling fan going full blast, but it does the C job nicely.

Have had a few new players, Julie, Carmen, and Martin are the newest, check the links on the main page. Thanks!

Ha... I wasn't around then, but still a good one. Ever try Tarn-X? Great stuff, works in a jiffy. And if you go by a musicial instrument store you can get polish cloths to finish it off with. Never scrub with brasso again. :) Love the pears, too.

Oh I use to love cleaning copper when I with my parents.

Copper, huh? Thought for sure it was chocolate from the thumb!

Very cool shot. I made myself stare at the thumbnail and try to figure out what this could be -- aha! You did a great job of polishing (and getting polished, it sounds like! ;^) ). Love that reflection.

Wow that's a lot of copper. Have fun! Cool shot I like the different shapes.

This is very cool! IMHO much more interesting than candles, but I'm not a big candle person! Nicely done.

Thanks Bruce, the focus was on the wrong place (the welding on the kettle handle, 2nd layer in) I think after using the whole bottle of Brasso, everything was a little blurry. Tried to recreate it but couldn't :)

I like the tones and textures of metals. This one's a little soft
but it's an interesting interplay of shapes.

Well thanks Karen, you have reminded me it's almost time to clean the Christmas silverware :>( Seriously, this image is as warm as copper itself !!

It sure does, Karen. How in the world did you ever round up so much copper?
