For MTF "Old and abandoned"

I've lived in my neighborhood for close to 8 years now. It's a place "in transition" with a mix of old Polish immigrants (it's the original Toronto Little Warsaw) , and new "urban" families (i.e. all kind of people). Commercial activity is brisk, with new stores and restaurants renovating and opening regularly. In all this time, this clothing store has remained virtually unchanged... Same (almost non existent) merchandise in the window...the colors fading for the exposure to UV rays. I've never seen anybody go in or come out, or any other sign of activity. It is kept clean, lights are on at night.. but it really makes me feel sad and curious at the same time every time I pass by.
