It was a very dreary and rainy day, so much so that I almost didn't go out. But I was rewarded with the first sighting of a pair of Osprey on the river. The nest is looking pretty good and a few more sticks were added as I watched. A beaver put on a great show just 10-15 feet from me and a lone mallard drake flew by.
