Pillsbury State Park, Washington NH, July 31, 2010

Bob, Christina, Lisa and I spent a couple of hours on a bright sunny day paddling Butterfield and May ponds in Pillsbury State Park. The highlight of the trip were close looks at a pair of Common Loons and their offspring, and a small flock of Cedar Waxwings. Also seen were a Great Blue Heron, a Broad-winged Hawk and a unidentified sparrow.
