It was jump day at the Al Maley duckery in Hampstead NH. Mama hooded merganser led roughly 12 chicks out into the real world. Once mama jumped, it took only 32 seconds for all of the chicks to follow. Many thanks to Al for the open invitation to witness this wonderful event...my first ever.
