Contax G-Sonnar 90mm to F-mount conversion

The modification goes S90m_1 to 5, the right one in S90m_5 is the final shape of modified S90,
which is mounted on TOMY(BORG) M42 helicoid (16~26mm), which is again mounted on M42->EF
adapter with EOS rear lens cap. This helicoid is not thin enough to allow "infinity focus", you may
have to get a thinner helicoid (12~19mm) from TOMYTEC or eBay in order to get infinity focus.

From S90m_7 to S90m_11 is the process for F-mount conversion after converting to M42-mount,
since my main cameras are Nikon dSLRs now. Even if we may get a full-frame mirror-less camera
such as Sony a7X, I don't like to use existing Contax-G lens to E-mount adapters including AF one.
