The lens is E mount one, but works with Nikon Z7 perfectly,
actually tested this lens with shop's Z7 before buying it.

KIPN's new E->Z adapter with electrical contacts, which works
with many E-mount lenses even in AF mode just like they are
on Sony alpha cameras.
