CN Tower D800E+2X Tele-converter

with Tamron 01F teleconverter, lost some contrast and also sharpness too
1,000mm lens of F16 speed, 1/1250s and ISO = 2000. The image looks flat.
People on the roof is doing "Sky Walk" after paying Cad$175 on CN tower.
