perhaps this building was also called the Phoenix prior to being the tudor arms.....there are a lot of others still standing, the Algonqin on Johnson Pk comes to mind aloge with the Roanoak...gone are the Larkin next door to the Greystone, the Markeen Main at Utica, the Mars on Delaware, The Worth on lower Main and Dan Montgomery on Exchange.
