An old Army Tank or Armored Personnel Carrier, located in an overgrown area on an industrial driveway just off the street.

The City of Buffalo used some of these as ice breakers in the Buffalo River. They were stored by the old Republic Steel plant off Seneca st.

I'm guessing it is an LTV-2, known as a Water Buffalo. Yes, WWII era. And in this case, a bit of a sly joke.

This appears to be an "amtrac",an amphibious tracked landing vehicle used by our Marines in WWII.I can recall riding by this scrapyard on a school bus in the early 60s and seeing sherman tanks sitting in this same yard
