Engine 32 and Ladder 5 are situated at a once prestigious location. Many people forget that the Larkin Administration Building once was situated directly behind the fire station. The station once was home to reserve apparatus and the South Division Chief. That post having been eliminated long ago. The only Division Chief(B-56) is quartered at Engine 2, Ladder 9.
