My father grew up in this church from 1933 on. After he moved to Columbus OH and started a family, I remember going as a little boy back in the 1960's when we visited my cousins, who ended up moving from Peck St to Sobieski St, just across the street. I remember the basketball court in the big hall next door, and meeting Bishop Cyganowski around 1970 or so. My church choir drove to Buffalo and sang at the Paczki celebration at the hall in 1983. - Joe Jankowski

They built a new church in Lancaster several years ago now.
