I used to see Cary Safes all over Buffalo. By definition, safes are not easily portable. I saw one in a store on Broadway, just past Memorial Drive, a few years ago that was set on what looked like railroad tracks set into the floor. I was admiring the safe and the owner offered it to me for free, all I had to do was get it out of there. An exterior wall would have to be opened, and a crane would be needed to lift it. The storefront building is still there, and I assume that the safe is still there.
