A gallery of old diners, some open and flourishing, some closed and nearly forgotten. Through the years, over 60 different diner manufacturers existed. These diners are of the prefabricated variety, utilizing Art Deco motif's and stainless steel features. These old classics have been slowly supplanted by the various fast food chains, however, from time to time, an old diner is rediscovered, and popularized. A piece of America almost lost.
