After hiking up the mountain, I set up the camera here and waited on the light. While I waited, people would appear in the distance and gradually approach. We would meet and briefly talk, then they would disappear as they continued their climb to the top of the mountain. The beauty of the setting, and the strenous effort required to get there, seemed to have a calming effect on everyone I met. Adults and kids alike.
