New Zealand Kaka

Ulva-Island, New Zealand-1634

The Kaka is a large and very rare endemic parrot found only in some of New Zealand's remote bush/forests, he is one of the most colorful and noisy bird I have came across. I was very luck to have come across this Kaka during a visit to Stewart Island.
