Looking at the western flank of the Pu'u O'o crater and miles of cooled lava inside the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Lava forms lots of interesting patterns and here is an example. We are at least 300 feet altitude above the lava.

Looking at the western flank of the Pu'u O'o crater and a couple of gas vents inside the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. This looks more like the surface of Jupiter's moon Io than earth.
