This is Utah Highway 21 west of Milford, Utah in Millard County, I think population 2. I mean there is nothing in this shot that is alive or moving but grass in the wind. I was not worried about oncoming cars. It's maybe the most barren place I have driven through. I was on my way to Great Basin National Park.
