I HATE MOPEDS! They should be outlawed on all roads with posted speed limits over 35 mph. I have a golf cart that is street ready and has a tag and insurance but I can't drive it on streets with speed limits over 35 mph. Makes no sense for Mopeds to be exempt from these rules. Also the golf cart can only be legally driven on roads by a licensed driver. But Mopeds can be driven by anyone including an habitual drunk driver? Really????
