Flash looks a bit too strong from the telltale shadow behind the legs. Lovely shot nonetheless.

This is a nice balanced exposure of flash and natural light. The shot could be improved in my opinion with a little darkening of snow in the foreground and her legs, all with the idea to better draw attention to her face.
