Conception Bay, Newfoundland

These wrecks are 3 whaling boats which were at dock. Rumour is that one was tossed about in a storm, hit into the 2nd one, which then hit into the 3rd one. The 3rd boat is highly visible on land.

Very interesting dive - shallow, so you get a long dive, and on a sunny day a strobe isn't really required (mine died part way through the dive!!)

My dive buddy also wanted to show me how lumpfish will "kiss" you if you stick your face in their way. Apparently we encountered a rabid lumpfish, as it quickly rammed at Mark and attached itself to his glove. That lumpfish was not having a good day!!!
