We tried, we really tried!!

2 hours to cut a hole in the ice - all 40 inches of it!! When we got the hole cut we found out that there was only 2 feet of water underneath the ice - not enough to dive, but enough to submerge in and practice rope signals.

Location: Petitcodiac Lake - home of raw sewage!! Yum!! Face down for 5 minutes in that was a real treat.
