Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden

Before January 1995, it was named Kadoorie Experimental and Extension Farm. In 1956, the government leased this location (Pak Ngau Shek, Lam Kam Road to Kadoorie Agricultural Aid Association to establish the farm. The aim of farm was to aid the new migrants to set up farm and improve their productivity. Now the Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden is the experimental laboratory for agricultural research and development projects of local universities.
