Singapore Zoo

Opened in 1973, Singapore Zoo followed the more modern concept of displaying animals in a naturalistic environment with hidden or so called natural barriers.  A beautiful zoo with more than 1600 animals and 160 different species, plus some unique features like air conditioned resting huts and various animal shows.  But some highlights for me include the White Tigers feeding, sleeping Polar Bear, beautiful butterflies, and roaring lions which could be heard through out the park.

Hi Khanh, wonderful to see such a joy of colours and beautiful animals. Just finished watching 'March of the Penguins', the penguin pic reminded me of these cute and enduring animals.
