Manteca opened the TD Canada Trust Toronto Jazz Festival on Friday, June 22, 2007 on the Toronto Star Stage at Nathan Phillips Square to an enthusiastic crowd. The group played its last gig in 1998 and has just been put back together again with plans to tour. Manteca has just released a new album called, "Onward!"
