Chris Botti performed at the Ottawa Jazz Festival on June 30, 2009 at Confederation Park.

He had an amazing group with him consisting of: Billy Childs, piano, Tim LeFebvre, bass, Billy Kilson, drums, Mark Whitfield, guitar, and special guests: Lucia Micarelli, violin and Sy Smith, vocals. Sy Smith can be seen singing backup on American Idol.
