Brandi Disterheft Sextet performed in Ottawa, ON, on June 30, 2009 at Confederation Park as part of the Great Canadian Series.
Brandi's debut album won a Juno for Best Traditional Jazz Album in 2008. The sextet features: Brandi Disterheft - acoustic bass, Terra Hazelton - vocals, Chris Gale, saxophone, William Sperendei - trumpet, Stacie McGregor - piano, and Sly Juhas, drums.
